General Services Offered -
Advocacy Organization Family Resource Center offers parent
education, information and support services including parent education
classes, parent-child activities, Play ‘n Learn groups, home visiting,
parent resource and toy lending library and Warmline.Specialties and Target Groups
Family Resource Center is a universal access organization, available at no
cost to any family living in the county. Services are provided to any
caregiver, including grandparents and foster parents. Outreach programs are
provided for rural, homeless, incarcerated, and school age parents. Monthly
support groups are held for parents adopting special needs children and
parents of school age special needs children. Topics for parents focus on
pregnancy through children 18 years of age.
