facility for inpatient and detoxification for alcohol and drugs. Outpatient
programs include treatment of substance abuse and mental health.

Delivery
Styles/Methodology/Philosophical Background Information
We utilize brief motivational therapy, treat
addiction as a disease, have a strong spiritual component with emphasis on a
12 Step program. Mental health counseling includes psychotherapy and
psychological testing/evaluation, which is used to further assess and design
therapeutic interventions. A systemic approach is frequently used to address
family issues is L. E. Phillips Libertas Center/St. Joseph's Hospital is
sponsored by the Hospital Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis, a
religious congregation committed to the mission of the Roman Catholic Church
and dedicated to the care of the sick and those in need. The primary motive
of our ministry to believers and non-believers alike is to reveal and embody
Christ's healing love for all people. The distinguishing quality of this
service is the Franciscan spirit of simplicity, unpretentiousness, joy, and
education. The tradition of the Sisters-founders holds that the patient is
to be our first concern. We will assure our health care activities
appropriately serve society, that our organization offers a quality service,
and that our service reflects our high regard for one another.
Eligibility
Inpatients require a pre-screening telephone call with
the Admission Nurse. We accommodate detox admissions 24 hours a day as
medically necessary. Outpatient appointments may be scheduled with a phone
call. We are a provider Wisconsin Medical Assistance, Medicare, commercial
insurance, county funding, and private pay.
