Lutheran Social Services, The Family Preservation Program. Intensive In-Home Counseling, Family Outreach, and mentoring.

Specialties and Target Groups
We serve families with multiple concerns in the area of delinquency, abuse and neglect, and emotionally disturbed children. The County Department of Human Services, Juvenile Corrections, or State Special Needs Adoption typically refers families.

Delivery Styles/Methodology/Philosophical Background Information
This is home and community based intervention services to high-risk families with a focus on family relationships, skill building, parenting, and home management. We work from a wraparound approach helping families find solutions from a strength based perspective. We believe families are the best experts on their needs and support them in finding new ways to manage difficult situations.

Staff travels to client homes in the Chippewa Valley and Western Wisconsin meeting with the family weekly.

Eligibility
Families with children birth to 18.

Cost of Service
Contracts with funding sources such as county or state government
Self-pay is available  
Some insurance companies may authorize
